主要职责：Responsibilities:1.
Day-to-dayproductionandpeoplemanagement.
日常生产和人员管理。
-SuperviseallproductionactivitymeettherequirementofGMPandcompanystandards;
管理所负责工段生产事宜，保证生产符合GMP和公司标准的要求；

-Scheduledetailproductionactivitytoensuretheproductionplanwasfulfilled;
安排生产保证生产计划完成；

-Investigateandrectifydeviationduringgranulation;
调查和矫正生产过程偏差；

-Optimizeprocesstokeepproductionefficiencyandresult;
优化生产流程，保证生产效率和结果；

-CheckandreleasetheBPR;
复核和释放生产记录文件；

-IssueandupdatetherelativeSOPstosupervisetheproductionactivity;
颁发维护SOP,确保标准化生产；

-Superviseproductiondocumentmanagement;
监督文件记录及管理；

-PerformequipmentValidation&
Revalidationactivity;
设备验证或再验证工作；

-Co-ordinateandsupportthemaintenanceandrepair;
协调和支持设备的维护和维修；

-PeoplelineManagement.
人员现场管理。

员工培训和发展。
-Managethepositiontrainingsystemtoensurepeoplequalificationmeetthepositionrequirement;
负责员工岗位培训，确保员工符合岗位要求；

业务项目。
-Participatethebusinessprojectneeded.
如有需求，参加业务项目工作。

SHEresponsibility.
安全环境健康责任。
-ActasaSHErepresentativetoidentifyandunderstandtheSHEriskfactorswithinthedepartment;
识别掌握部门内的SHE风险；

-ReviewSHEissuesandperformanceperiodically;
定期回顾SHE事件和绩效；

-DevelopandcarryoutplanstoaddressthekeySHEissuesintheirareaandfollowupperiodically;
定期开展计划解决SHE方面的事件；

-LeadSHEtrainingandcommunicationwithinfunction.
领导SHE相关培训和部门内交流。
任职要求：Requirements:1.
Bachelordegreewithpharmaceuticalrelatedbackground.
药学相关专业本科学历。
2.
Meettherequirementsofpharmaceuticalproductionknowledge,goodmanufacturingpractice,andpeoplemanagementskill.
具备固体药品生产知识生产规范知识人员管理技能。
3.
3yearsofmanagementworkingexperiencerelatedpharmaceuticalindustry,andrelativeexperienceonDispensing,Granulation,Compression,CoatingandCleaningproductionisbetter.
三年制药相关行业管理经验，最好具备配料制粒压片包衣清洁生产相关经验。
4.
GoodEnglishinreading,writing,andspeaking.
较好英语读写说能力。
5.
Goodapplicationofofficesoftware.
熟练应用Office软件。
6.
Goodcommunicationskillsandteamworkcoordination;
Goodmanagementskillsandproductionproblemsolving.
良好的交流能力及团队合作意识；

良好的管理能力和生产解决问题能力。
