- SupporttheGPOinidentifyingandimplementingopportunitiestostandardiseandsimplifyactivitiesandensurethatnewprocessesareadheredtoonanongoingbasis.
- LeadthechangemanagementactivitiesrequiredtodeliverstandardisedprocessesforCapitalandComplianceandensurecustomersarealignedtonewglobalprocesses,whilstmaintainingservicelevels.
- ProvideexpertiseandrepresenttheOperationsCoEinallAZprocessimprovementprojectsinyourarea,rangingsmallprocesschangesthroughtoglobaltransformationprojects.
- Responsibleforco-ordinationandreviewofmonthendcloseforCapitalreporting,ensureanalysisisonatimelyandaccuratebasis.
- LineManagementofCapitalBusinessAnalysts,whowillberesponsibleforinterpretingfinancialdata,anddeliveringqualityvarianceanalysisandinsightfulcommentaryformanagementreporting.
- DeliveryoffinancialplanningprocessesforcapitalincludingreviewandchallengeduringforecastingsincludingABU,RBUs,phasedbudgetandBusinessPlan.
- WorkwithrelevantBusinessPartnerstodeliverqualityperformancereportingforCapital.
- LineManagementofComplianceOfficersfortheOperationsCoEwhowilldeliveraworldclasscomplianceenvironment.
- Ensuredeliveryofallreportingrequirements,managementassurancetestingandnecessarytraininginthefinancialcompliancearena.
- DevelopstrongrelationshipwithGPOs,unitsignatoriesandFC&
CGtobuildconfidenceandunderstandinthecomplianceframeworkandOperationbusinesspriorities.
- Assistinbetterbusinessdecisionsbyprovisionoffinancialexpertiseandinsightfulanalysistoalladhocqueriescustomers.
- Ensurecorporategovernancestandardsaremet,takeacabilityforeffectiveoperationofrelevantfinancialreportingcontrols.
Requirements:- Bachelordegreeorabove.
- FamiliarwithAZGroupreportingsystemsandSAP.
- AdvancedExcelskills.
- Specificexpertknowledgeineithercapitalorcompliancearea.
- Abletoidentifyprocessimprovementsandinitiatechange.
- Demonstratedabilitytoworkinateamenvironment.
- FluentEnglishisessential,andfluentJapaneseisaplus.
