工作职责：Responsibilities:1.
测量并管理实验室日常的检验工作Measureandmanageroutinedailylaboratoryanalysiswork- 确保具备足够的和适当的资源，实现公司产品供应的支持Ensureadequateandappropriateresourcetosupporttheproductssupply- 创建，维护物料和产品的质量标准和分析方法，建立实验室操作规程，人员培训材料，保证QC人员在工作中可以获得足够的文件化地指导Createandmaintainthematerial/productspecificationandtestmethods,establishoperatingproceduresandpersonneltrainingmaterialstoallowtheanalyststogetappropriatedocumentationguidance- 确保实验室设备的确认，校验和维护能够正确地执行Ensurethequalification,calibrationandmaintenanceoflaboratoryinstrumentsarecarriedoutcorrectly- 确保实验室使用的检验方法经过适当的验证或确认EnsurethesufficientvalidationorverificationfortestmethodsusedinQC- 制定，监督工作计划和原材料/成品的测试，支持日常生产Makeup,supervisetheworkplanandmaterials/productstestingtosupportdailyproduction- 负责实验室化学品,对照品，培养基，菌种和耗材的管理Responsibleforsupervision,managementofroutinechemicals，referencestandard,strains,culturemediasandotherconsumables- 负责进行水系统，环境的监测Responsibleforperformingofperiodicallymonitoringofpurifiedwatersystemandenvironment- 负责实验室的异常，OOS调查，负责QC部门CAPA和变更控制InvestigationofIncidentReportsandOOS/Atypicaltestresults,managementofCAPAsandChangeControlprogramwithinQCarea- 负责QC人员的培训，绩效评估ResponsiblefortrainingofQCpersonnel,andmanagementofperformancereviewforQClaboratorypersonnel2.
GMP符合性GMPcompliance- 确保QC区域符合GMP，GLP，公司标准和法规要求EnsuretherequirementsforGMP,GLP,corporatestandardsorregulatoryaremetwithintheQCareas- 实施和维护QC的质量合规体系；

持续加强和改进QC流程Implementandmaintainthequalitycompliancesysteminlabareas；

strengthenandimproveprocessescontinually- 协助与产品质量相关的投诉调查和假药调查Assisttheinvestigationaboutthecomplaintanderfeitrelatedtoproductquality- 根据需要，参加内部和外部的GMP审计ParticipateinternalandexternalGMPauditswherepossible3.
培训和发展Traininganddevelopment- 为实现公司的目标，建立高效主动的，符合战略性的QC团队Buildahighefficient,proactiveandstrategicfitQCteamtoachievethecompanygoal- 在QC内部确立并发展核心人才IdentifyanddevelopmentkeytalentswithintheQCarea- 为提高关键人才的发展和全球组织建立联系并创立机会Establishinternationalconnections/opportunitiesforthekeytalentstopromotedevelopment4.
安全环境健康责任SHEresponsibilities5.
财务/预算Finance/Budget- 为确保部门成功的日常运行和长期的战略性发展提供支持制定资源规划，包括：QC设备的投入经费预算人头预算QC培训预算Resourceplanningtoensuresuccessfulroutinedepartmentoperationandsupportslongtermstrategicdevelopment.
Itinvolves:QCequipmentinvestmentExpenditurebudgetHeadbudgetQCtrainingbudget- 从QC方面，为工厂的开发和战略计划提供支持SupportsitedevelopmentandstrategicplanQC’sperspective任职要求：Requirements:1.
本科或以上学历Universityorabove2.
对国际上的GMP/GLP要求，质量体系和药品制造/包装技术有深刻的理解ComprehensiveknowledgeofinternationalGMP/GLPrequirements,qualitysystems,andpharmaceuticalmanufacturing/packagingtechnologies3.
良好的质量管理知识，沟通技能和审计方面的技能Goodqualitymanagementknowledge,communicationskill,andauditingskill4.
具备丰富的文件管理系统知识，SAP系统或类似的电子信息化系统Workingknowledgeofdocumentmanagementsystems,SAPorsimilarsystem5.
能够有效地平衡和管理快速的产品放行日程所带来的挑战，及时地将符合质量标准的产品交付到阿斯利康客户的手中AbilitytoeffectivelybalanceandmanagethechallengescreatedbyacceleratedfinishedproductdeliveryschedulesandtheneedtoensureallqualityrequirementsareaddressedpriortothereleaseofthefinishedproducttoAZcustomers6.
理学/工学类本科或硕士学历，药学，生物学或化学专业Masters/Bachelorsdegreeinascience/technicalfieldsuchasPharmacy,Biology,Chemistry7.
在制药行业的质量或合规岗位具有丰富的管理经验DemonstratedextensiveexperienceincludingsupervisoryexperienceinaQualityorCompliancepositionwithinthepharmaceuticalindustry8.
五年以上制药行业QC管理经验Fiveyearsplusexperienceinsupervisory/managerialroleswithinQCinthePharmaceuticalIndustry9.
优秀的英语沟通能力SuperiorEnglishCommunicationabilities10.
良好的计算机能力Goodcomputerskill11.
工作态度热情PassionforCustomers12.
具有合作精神WorksCollaboratively13.
