主要职责KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：? Define waste reception schedule, Coordinate and follow up the development schedule; ? 制定废物接收计划日程表，协调和跟踪开发计划。 ? Ensure Taixing Suez’ dedicated vehicles and equipments repair and maintenance system, coordinate vehicle maintenance and waste transport; ? 确保泰兴苏伊士专用车辆和设备维修体系，协调车辆维修和垃圾运输；
? Organize transport request for quotation (from all transportation companies) and paperwork, exactly fill in related document (5-copy hazardous waste transfer form), prepare required certification, remind drivers of attention items, collect transport document, and file the document; ? 组织运输询价(各运输公司)及相关文件，准确填写相关文件(5份危险废物转移表)，准备所需证明文件，提醒司机注意事项，收集运输文件并归档; ? Work out the statistics report form about transport quantity, mileage, overtime work of the staff and calculate the related cost; ? 编制员工运输数量、里程、加班统计报表，并计算相关费用; ? Make the attendance report and violation record of the staff; ? 编制员工考勤及违规记录；
? Follow the SCIPSWS logistics leader’s assignment, and timely complete other related task assigned in relation with customer services; ? 跟踪SCIPSWS物流主管的工作，及时完成其他与客户服务相关的工作? Other tasks assigned by supervisor. ? 主管安排的其他工作。 工作要求 JOB REQUIREMENT：Education: College’s degree教育背景：大专以上 （ 可接受应届毕业生）男士优先Experience: At least 1 year experiences in supply chain / logistics, Additional knowledge in chemistry would an advantage经验:1年供应链/物流方面的工作经验，有化学知识优先。 应届&非应届毕业生亦可；
Excellent skills in: Business analysis, communication and Microsoft Office e. g. Word and Excel良好的商业分析、沟通能力，熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件；
Others: Good ability for organizing and planning; Honest, amiable, team player, and hard-working, well organized and loyal其他:有较强的组织策划能力; 为人诚实，亲和力强，有团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳。
