| PurposeStatement:职位描述：Thispositionisresponsiblefalllowvoltageelectricalequipmentmaintenancesparepartsmanagement.AndalsoDCScontrolsystemmanagement.自控和仪表工程师负责工厂内所有低压电器的维护管理，以及备件的管理，并且负责市场自控系统。KeyResponsibilities:主要职责：Preparemaintenancerepairwkingplan,minimizeopptunityofequipmentshutdown..编制维护和维修工作计划；防止停机事故的发生Obligationscomingourquality,safetyenvironmentalsystems.其他与质量，安全和环境系统相关的责任。Ensuresystemoperationsafety.保证系统和操作安全。Quickresponsetoautomationequipmentfailure,improveefficiencyofthesystem及时排除自动化设备方面的故障，改善系统效率。ImplementofBestOperationalPractices贯彻执行良好作业规范Providetechnicalguidancetomaintenancepeoplesupervisemaintenancequality.为维修人员提供技术指导，控制维修质量。Assistancetopreparepreventivemaintenanceplanequipmentoperationfile.协助制定设备预防性维修计划，建立设备运行档案。Sparemanagement,repaircostcontrol.负责相关零备件管理，控制维修费用。Inspectmakesuresafeoperationoftheequipment.检查落实设备的安全运行。Developmentoftheskillsoftechnicianspersonnelofotherdepartments,getallnecessarycertificate培训所属员工并取得相关上岗证书，并为其他部门提供相关培训。Documentingofdrawings,testreptsothermaintenancerelatedrepts.图纸，测试报告和其他维修相关文件的存档。ComplywithcompanyEHSrequirementscontinuouslyidentifyingareasfimprovement.遵守公司环境健康和安全要求，并不断完善。Otherassignedtasks其它分配的工作。Requirements:岗位要求：Universitydegreeabove,suitableinstrumentautomationeducationtrainingbackground.大学以上学历，相应的仪表及自动化教育和培训背景。Minimumofthreeyearsexperienceofautomationwkssupervisingtasks至少三年自控设备维修和管理工作经历GoodEnglishlanguageskillsinalcommunication,readingwriting有良好的英文口语，阅读和写作的能力。Goodmanagement,communicationcodinationskills良好的管理，沟通和协调技巧。Flexiblehardwkingacteristicsareessential具备灵活和勤奋工作的基本要求。AcceptableEnglishlanguage相应的英语语言能力Goodcommunicationskillsgoodteamwkplayer.良好的沟通技巧和团对合作。Goodtimemanagement良好的时间管理技能。 |
